Experience

Being able to say I worked with the entire Webel team is something I’ll always be proud of. Without question, Webel is one of the most demanding and perfection-driven companies when it comes to the product they deliver — and rightfully so, given it’s a Startup with explosive growth and a very bright future ahead.

The founders and the team genuinely love what they do, and that energy radiates throughout the whole company, making the work environment incredibly motivating and entrepreneurial. That’s what allowed me to reaffirm my passion for the startup world and for helping companies grow from the inside.

At Webel I served as Mobile Technical Lead, leveraging my experience to help the iOS and Android teams tackle day-to-day challenges while planning ahead for significant technology shifts to keep the apps modern and ready to scale.

Notably, I was the one who initiated a major architectural refactor across both apps, with the specific goal of setting up the codebase so that teams could effectively create and automate multiple types of testing.

I successfully laid the foundations for that refactor and the testing infrastructure, then shared it with the rest of the Mobile team so they could build upon it and continue the work forward.
